Organization Settings
Basic Information
- Organization Name - Your healthcare organization’s display name
- Time Zone - Default timezone for scheduling and timestamps
- Language - Default language for system messages
- Logo - Organization branding for patient-facing communications
Communication Channels
Enable and configure available communication channels:
- Email - SMTP configuration for email delivery
- SMS - SMS gateway integration (Twilio, MessageBird)
- Push Notifications - Mobile app notification settings
- Patient Portal - Integration with existing patient portals
Security Settings
- Session Timeout - Auto-logout duration
- Password Policy - Complexity requirements
- Two-Factor Authentication - Enable 2FA for all users
