Organization Settings

Basic Information

  • Organization Name - Your healthcare organization’s display name
  • Time Zone - Default timezone for scheduling and timestamps
  • Language - Default language for system messages
  • Logo - Organization branding for patient-facing communications

Communication Channels

Enable and configure available communication channels:

  • Email - SMTP configuration for email delivery
  • SMS - SMS gateway integration (Twilio, MessageBird)
  • Push Notifications - Mobile app notification settings
  • Patient Portal - Integration with existing patient portals

Security Settings

  • Session Timeout - Auto-logout duration
  • Password Policy - Complexity requirements
  • Two-Factor Authentication - Enable 2FA for all users
  • IP Whitelisting - Restrict access to approved networks
